This song is about feeling trapped in a distant memory and longing to find a way out. The only way to escape seems to be facing it head-on and finally getting the release you need.
A&R Director Shane Friedman of Photo Finish Records recalls his introduction to the band:
The first time I heard she’s green, I was completely and utterly compelled. I knew I had to see this band live, immediately. So, on a sweltering June day, I flew to Minneapolis and piled into a hot, sweaty basement with 100 other local fans and watched them hypnotize the entire crowd. It was a show I'll never forget.
The music video follows vocalist Zofia Smith as she drifts through a verdant dreamscape, only to be engulfed by chaotic textures mirroring the song’s sonic crescendo. Behind the evocative visuals of "Graze" stands guitarist Liam Armstrong, whose creative vision blends with production and additional filming by Eugene Langlois and Krystal Doung. Produced by Henry Stoehr, mixed by Sonny DiPerri, and mastered by Alec Ness, "Graze" carries a wistful weight, drifting between nostalgia and catharsis.
