In his forthcoming album Always Centered at Night, Moby pays tribute to the late Benjamin Zephaniah with the moving track Where is Your Pride? This collaboration, released ahead of the album on June 14, embodies both artists' commitment to their principles and the power of their shared ideals. Moby, known for his activism and musical innovation, joins forces with Zephaniah, the esteemed British dub poet and animal rights advocate, to deliver a thought-provoking spoken word piece layered over a dynamic break-beat-driven composition. "Where is Your Pride?" reflects the ethos of both Moby and Zephaniah, addressing universal themes of love, faith, hope, and pride. Through Zephaniah's characteristically warm delivery, the track resonates with emotional depth and social commentary, inviting listeners to contemplate the essence of pride and its implications in today's world.

This collaboration is part of Moby's ambitious project featuring 13 tracks with 13 different artists, including Serpentwithfeet, Gaidaa, José James, and Lady Blackbird, among others. Each track on Always Centered at Night offers a unique sonic journey, blending genres and voices to create a rich tapestry of sound and storytelling. As Moby prepares for his European tour in September 2024, celebrating the 25th anniversary of his iconic album Play, he remains dedicated to his activism. All profits from the tour will support European animal rights organizations, aligning with his longstanding commitment to animal welfare and ethical living. Join Moby on a musical odyssey that transcends boundaries and embraces the power of collaboration and pre-order here. Let us know your thoughts on the official audio below.
