In a captivating debut LP, Sabrina Song, the Brooklyn-based alt-pop singer-songwriter, unveils her existential journey through the realms of young adulthood in You Could Stay In One Spot, And I'd Love You The Same." The album, rich with tender melodies and introspective lyricism, offers a poignant exploration of love, loss, growth, and gratitude, reflecting on the artist's experiences as a twenty-something navigating life in New York City. With a delicate yet resolute tone, Sabrina's music resonates deeply, capturing the essence of introspection and emotional vulnerability. Sabrina had to say:

This album touches on the things that I’m constantly thinking about but not always expressing. I’m grappling with the oppressive feeling of time slipping away, the experience of womanhood, and trying to find balance as I fully become an adult.

Collaborating with producer Torna (Daisy the Great), Sabrina expands her sonic palette, incorporating live instruments and raw indie rock elements, adding depth and texture to her meticulously crafted arrangements. Through a collection of ten measured, tender tracks, she delves into themes of existentialism, young womanhood, and the intensity of love, inviting listeners on a journey of self-reflection and growth. Sabrina held an event for the debut featuring performances by Buffchick and Sofia D'Angelo of MICHELLE. Stream your copy of the project here and watch Before & After below.
