A heartfelt glimpse into love, avoidance, and the beauty of simplicity. British singer-songwriter Sam Fender returns with Arm’s Length. This is the third single from his upcoming album, People Watching, set to release on February 21, alongside Capitol Records. The single showcases Fender’s knack for marrying meaningful lyricism with expansive, cinematic instrumentation. Describing its creation, Sam had to say:

‘Arm’s Length’ originally came from one of those magic moments where you’re just messing around, and a song literally falls out of the sky. It’s about being avoidant and flighty. But also, just a simple pop song, which I love.

Following the release of the anthemic title track and the reflective Wild Long Lie, "People Watching" signals a leap forward in Sam Fender’s artistic journey. If Seventeen Going Under was a coming-of-age tale, "People Watching" delves deeper into everyday lives, weaving colorful narratives of ordinary yet extraordinary characters. As "People Watching" approaches, Fender is set to embark on an expansive sold-out European tour in March, followed by a Spring US tour.
