Miami and NYC-based vocalist, producer, and multimedia artist Stranger Cat has announced her highly anticipated second album, Slow Jam Love Letters To My Body In Pieces. Known for her raw, electro-pop sound, Stranger Cat combines vulnerability with sensuality, creating art from her pain. The album's lead single, Witness, is a confessional track that was self-produced while the artist recovered from a serious accident, exploring themes of healing, surrender, and resilience. She speaks openly about the challenges she faced during the album's creation, following a life-threatening accident that left her wheelchair-bound for five months. Despite predictions that she would never dance again, Stranger Cat defied the odds, pouring her experiences into this project. Reflecting on her creative process, Stranger Cat shares:

I wanted to show my pain but make it sexy, make it art.

"Witness" was recorded at the iconic Guillaume Tell Studio in Paris, where Stranger Cat finished the vocals on vintage microphones and played all the instruments. The track's lyric video offers a lighthearted juxtaposition to its heavier themes, capturing Stranger Cat's desire to celebrate life and joy. With a powerful narrative, Stranger Cat continues to captivate audiences with her ability to turn life's hardships into emotionally charged art.
