The Wild Feathers Ignite Heartland Rock With New Single “Stereo”

Written By: Big C

Nashville’s acclaimed country rockers, The Wild Feathers, make a powerful return with their latest single, Stereo, the opening track from their forthcoming album, Sirens. With the help of New West Records, “Stereo” embodies the band’s signature blend of heartland rock and introspective lyrics, exploring the duality of life’s beauty and despair. Produced by 3x GRAMMY® Award-winner Shooter Jennings, this marks the first new material from The Wild Feathers in nearly three years, showcasing their evolution as musicians and storytellers. Co-founding bassist and singer Joel King, had to say:

‘Stereo’ is the first song we recorded for the record, but it was the last song written. It began as an instrumental soundcheck jam while on tour, and we knew we had to make it a finished song before heading to LA to record with Shooter. We loved the idea of an explosive harmony/chorus right up front in the song, then followed by fun musical idiosyncrasies throughout.

The Wild Feathers brought together nearly 30 rough draft ideas to create "Sirens," a richly textured album that channels heartland rock excellence with rootsy jams and old-school guitar riffs. The band is set to embark on a US headline tour, beginning November 9 in Omaha, NE, and concluding November 20 in Nashville, TN. Tickets for the newly announced shows are on sale now here. Listen to “Stereo” below and connect with The Wild Feathers on FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, and YOUTUBE.
